Very easy to order. My order was delivered in quick time by Royal Mail. This was a repeat order as I was very pleased with the first one. I ordered the camel rolls for my heavy chewing Labrador. The rolls last him for days which is great. He really enjoys them.

Everything is genuinely natural with no unnecessary additives, which is really important to me, and the variety they offer is great, there’s loads to choose from depending on your dog. The prices are really reasonable too for the quality you get, and most importantly, my dog absolutely loves everything I’ve tried so far. It’s definitely become my go-to for natural chews.

Stumbled on a little Gem! Delivery is always organized super fast meaning I can risk buying close to running out (The doggo wouldn't forgive me if we did). The quality is amazing, healthy and appealing looking. Pricing is comparable to others I've used but the guaranteed quality is worth it, regular updates of offers also help me save a little where I can! 🤩

Brilliant value and quality

My doggies (4yo Sd Poodle and 3.5yo Whippet) absolutely adore these treats!! They know when their delivery is arriving and I just love the pizzles for longer rewards, and things like chicken feet for quicker rewards. Some of the treats are indeed very stinky (as expected) so they make excellent outside enrichment whilst I’m gardening (ie. Beef Trachea).

This company is fantastic! They help me out when i cant find something, my order arrives very swiftly, and my two dogs just love their products, especially the Thin Pizzles, we are never without them in this house! Thank you Proper Natural x

Brilliant treats and chews my dog loved all of them.

Our first time purchasing from proper natural and already about to place our next order. Our golden loves a good chomping treat and we always try to find something long lasting but this can prove difficult for a very food oriented dog. The lamb horn has been brilliant at keeping him occupied on a night time for almost 2 weeks! The natural treats we got he has loved and I especially liked the fact there wasn’t the foul smell from the treats even when in the packaging. The natural treats of course have an odour as expected when being ate but whilst being stored in the bags there is no smell which is great!

Great range of healthy chews and treats. Prompt delivery

Purchased lamb braids for my border terrier. Unfortunately she went through them very quickly as she's quite a strong chewer. Nothing negative with the product just not suitable for her. I will return to purchasing camel braids.

Proper Natural is the only place I go to for my dog treats. The products are great quality and very well priced. Fast delivery and excellent communication from them. I’ve ordered things before that have been out of stock and they have phoned to let me know and ask if there was a replacement I would like and also advised a good substitute for what was out of stock if I haven’t been sure on what replacement to get. Most of all my dog absolutely loves all the treats and we get a lovely happy dance from him and throwing the treat around in excitement.
