Excellent service and product

I've got a patterdale cross and i thought I'll give her a bull's pizzle as a treat,she goes absolutely nuts for them,best money I've spent on treat's since we got her and she will be 10 this year,great product, great price and definitely worth every penny 10/10

Consistent excellent quality & longer lasting than other retailers. 3 dalmatians so want something that's going to last more than 10 mins. Large buffalo ears, large pigs ears, thick pizzles & moon bones are always first on the list.

My pup absolutely loves these. Great variety and good value. Once tried you can even buy packs of your favourites like pigs in blankets or pork rolls.

These are so good for teething puppies and the only thing my puppy loves.

My little girl can’t go without her treats — it’s already become our nightly ritual. I unwind on my phone while she enjoys her little chew stick. I highly recommend it, especially now in winter when physical activity slows down and boredom creeps in… it’s a great way for them to burn off some energy.

Wonderful service, the products are great, my pup loves them. I also appreciated the way the chews etc are wrapped, presented.
The moon bones were a great hit, she's still working her way through the rest.

Our greyhound has very special dietary needs and over the past five years we have only found two foods/treats that he will eat. We heard about Paddock Farm pate and to our amazement he likes it - and all flavours. It is a qauality product so we are delighted.

From time of ordering to receiving it in my hands takes no more than a couple of days is impressive. Especially as I’m usually running low on certain items.
The quality of the items is why I keep returning. I have yet to find better. Even the bunny ears are of superior quality. I still believe the quality is constant from one order to the next.

Ordered the meaty Xmas boxes for dog walking clients and I’m blow away with the quality and how well it was packaged. Also placed the order late Thursday night and received them early Saturday morning.

Great product will order again

These products are great for my dog (mixed breed, staffy type - vigourous chewer). She loves everything i get from Proper Natural and i'm happy she's enjoying something good. She enjoys the fish treats and chews, but I can't go far wrong with any of the ears and trotters.

The team are really helpful, occasionally items can go out of stock (why wouldn't they), but they get in touch and double check orders prior to despatch... had nothing but great customer service and prompt delivery.

To top it all off... keep an eye out for frequent offers and deals. I'll be shopping here again for sure.
