Great company, good quality products and fast, reliable delivery

Ordered the meaty Xmas boxes for dog walking clients and I’m blow away with the quality and how well it was packaged. Also placed the order late Thursday night and received them early Saturday morning.

These products are great for my dog (mixed breed, staffy type - vigourous chewer). She loves everything i get from Proper Natural and i'm happy she's enjoying something good. She enjoys the fish treats and chews, but I can't go far wrong with any of the ears and trotters.

The team are really helpful, occasionally items can go out of stock (why wouldn't they), but they get in touch and double check orders prior to despatch... had nothing but great customer service and prompt delivery.

To top it all off... keep an eye out for frequent offers and deals. I'll be shopping here again for sure.

First time I have ordered and was very impressed. The dog toy came quickly and was well wrapped.

The dogs love them. They will chew on the horns for ages.

These are perfect for gundog training, can get quote expensive though when upping the reward rate to achieve certain grading. I order 12 packs at a time probably every 6 weeks or so.

I bought 4 400g pate products (duck, rabbit, venison, and boar), The pate has a long shelf life, and is solid, but easy enough to slice with a knife.
I cut the patent into chunks and give them to my pet Lurcher (Eddie) as a treat and he loves them.
Overall im very satisfied with the products.

I’d have to say that the amount of packaging and particularly the polystyrene fillers is wasteful and not particularly eco friendly. The product itself is fine however I won’t order again for this reason

My puppy absolutely loves the meaty strips easy to break up for training treats or as a special al in one treat shares with dog pals who love them too quick delivery

I order a few different things for Moss, he's a big lad with super, shiny white teeth which I'm trying to keep that way. He loved them all and although most didn't last long it didn't matter. The overall service, ordering, speed of delivery etc was excellent.
