I love the products I’ve needed from proper natural. The pate is easy to chop and deliver for training purposes for my pup and also being able to order antlers with the delivery is great. My pup is going through a gut restoration since coming to us at 11 months so only the best ingredients can be given to her and the pate is evidently hitting the spot on both quality and taste. The ordering and delivery are clear and quick. Thank you Proper Natural.

Our two labs love the bully sticks (Pizzles). They ars the best thing for cleaning their teeth and they get a good chew for about 15 mins. They stink but they dont care!

Veri impressed with customer service,received a phone call the day after submitting my order apologising that the 2 blue Kong Wubba toys I'd ordered were out of stock but would be arriving in a couple of days and I could wait until they came in or choose another colour. I chose the latter and my order arrived 2 days later together with the other item I'd ordered. Delivery was speedy and all items are genuine Kong toys at a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Hi I first ordered the bull puzzles, these were for my daughter’s 2 year old Labrador, she loves them, last a long time, in fact I take off her and give it back next day. I then ordered the ducks feet which are a lovely scrunchy treat plus I ordered the puppy pack of treats, not used yet as I collect my new puppy very soon. Excellent products and quick delivery, definitely a company I will continue to use in the years to come

Ive used a couple of other companies before discovering Proper Natural and I have not looked back. Products are really good quality and portions are very generous for the price. Always packed well, always quick deliver. I will keep coming back, a loyalty programme would be nice, hint hint.

Even on "no spend months" I can't help but buy around £60 worth of goodies for my girl ha

Fantastic treats. Our 9 month old puppy absolutely loves them and they agree with his sensitive tummy. We’ve seen a huge improvement in our training since using these as compared to other treats - just wish they came in bigger bags :)

You now have a customer for life! I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to because my order of natural treats blew me away. The size, quality, and price of them is 100x better than pet shops. Gus is one happy puppy with his pigs ears that are bigger than my hand!

Excellent quality and reasonable prices. Really good range of products too. Our dog loves the pizzles and you can tell they're fresh. Love that you can buy in bulk and save money, much cheaper than pet shops and better quality.

My 10 year old Westie loves ALL his Proper Natural treats. His current tail-wagging favourites are the Beef Gullet. They're a good size and easy to chew. Highly reccommend

Miss fussy very picky eater and she will turn away from a lot of treats and foods .
Now as she is midway in life I’ve introduced extras, thinking of her bones and arthritis ( Shepherds are known for bone issues)

I was very impressed with the service my old supplier stopped trading so when I found proper natural it seemed perfect plus the are in Yorkshire, varied range and good prices the best bit was when the products arrived I was so blown away with the presentation I had to show my dog walker who equally was impressed everything individually wrapped and dated in a box not just thrown in a bag

Accidently came across this site when I was searching for more natural training treats. Ordered a few items including pigs ears, sausages, pigs in blankets and 3 different flavours of training treats. Amazing quality and super fast delivery. My dog loves them all. I am not sure if you do larger pigs in blankets as my dog is a large breed and I was a little concerned she would swallow it whole, she didn't but loved it . Definitely going to re order from here. My new go to place for everything natural
