My chap loves them. Keeps him quiet for ages!

Fantastic service. My boy gets very alexcoted when I go to his box and sits and wags his tail awaiting what surprise I come up with.
Prompt, good price and natural.

I've discovered this shop maybe about a month ago and since then have placed orders regularly.
Don't think they can be beat with price and selection/ availability.
3 orders within a month and not a single item we weren't happy with so far .
It all comes individually packaged which makes things ,so much less messy 👍👍

Really high quality treats for my dog, all packaged so nicely in eco friendly packaging with stickers for each product so I knew what each one was. Will definitely be ordering again. :)

Great service and prices

Second order from this company and I'm probably going to make more. Impressed by the fast shipping and quality of products. Even the "wonky" bag of treats was 100% worth it, for £10 there's loads in the bag (see image). My dogs loved it.

Very good products for dogs

Was really pleased with the quality of the product. It came really well wrapped. I would prefer less wrapping though,only because it was pizzles & not something delicate.

I have been using proper natural for a long time now. Go to for my dogs treats However this wonky box exceeding expectations it's packed with treats I showed my friends who also have dogs how good it was they brought some they're raving about it brillaint idea I hope it stays as it is as they keep the amount it's filled with the same as it's fantastic it's going to be a repeat order for my dog it's full to the brim fantastic variety and my dog loves it. Cannot sing the praises of this one high enough. Everything I have ever got from proper natural has been grand especially pizzles and ears but this wonky box is the favourite along with pizzles.

Really pleased with the training treats, we purchase them every couple of months in varying flavours. We have a working cocker spaniel and a Jack Russell who love their "scabs" as we call them. Particularly useful when attending gundog training with the cocker, much healthier than using sausages or cheese or other kibble as rewards.
The only thing that would be better is if they were a bit cheaper, but on the whole they are comparably priced with other similar products from other sources.
Ordering and delivery is excellent and I have no complaints, the treats are healthy and contain nothing unnecessary.

I've been buying your natural treats from Barnsley Market and was worried if I couldn't get in (I'm well into my 70's) my boy wouldn't get his treats. The lady recommended ordering online, which I did. The order came next day, was well packed and I was well impressed with the Variety pack for small dogs. Thank you, when he's finished these I'll be ordering another.

We found these natural treats in the owners shop whilst on holiday in Hebden Bridge. We had recently been told our dog had to be on a grain free diet. These treats have fitted the bill and our dog absolutely loves them.

Left a review on the basis I get a free £5 voucher… emailed customer service to ask them where this supposed free voucher is, was completely ignored.. in my opinion not an honest company, will not order anything again so please stop spamming my email. Thanks

Amazing great quality

Came across the Proper Natural website whilest browsing for natural dog chews, so thought I'd give them a go. Wow! Easy to navigate site with lots of choice and useful information about their products. Delivery was very quick and the items were well packaged. Dogs absolutely loved them and within a week my second order went it, no doubt there will be many more.

I'm happy with the service and products they have supplied as well as the fast delivery too.. Was slightly worried about how good the chews are mainly due to how cheaper they were compared to another pet supplier we use, but there was nothing to worry about..
Will I be using these again.... Hell yeah, I'm like a dog with two tails...
